Ariel Lawhon
Ariel Lawhon is an American author known for her historical fiction novels. Among her most notable works are The Frozen River (2023), Code Name Hélène (2020), I Was Anastasia (2018), Flight of Dreams (2016), and The Wife, The Maid, and The Mistress (2014). Additionally, she co-wrote When We Had Wings (2022) with Kristina McMorris and Susan Meissner. Her books have been selected by organizations such as LibraryReads, Indie Next, and Book of the Month Club. Lawhon lives in the hills outside Nashville, Tennessee, with her husband and four children.
