Betina González
She holds a PhD in Latin American Literature from the University of Pittsburgh and is currently a professor at the University of Buenos Aires, where she works as a researcher in the field of new media and literature and, among other things, teaches creative writing and semiotics of contemporary genres. In 2006, she won the Clarín Novel Award with Arte menor, her first book, and that same year the National Endowment for the Arts of Argentina awarded Juegos de playa the second prize in the National Short Story Book Contest. With Las poseídas, she won the VIII Tusquets Editors Novel Prize.
