From 1969 to 1977, she studied contemporary dance. She participated in more than 300 performances with the Cantarel Company
In 1977, wishing to delve deeper into some aspects of movement, she undertook kinesiotherapy studies at the French School of Orthopedics and Massage in Paris
In 1991, she obtained her diploma as a dance teacher. She currently develops her work in several countries in Europe and Canada, and her books have been translated into six languages
