Byron Katie
American spiritual teacher. Her teaching can be categorized as advaita, however, due to her sudden and traditionless awakening, she has always spoken from an unnamed teaching, a direct path to truth. She specializes in teaching a profound method of self-inquiry called The Work of Byron Katie or simply The Work. The Work is based on four questions and a process called "turnaround," which can be applied by oneself or another person.
