Carlitos Páez
He was born in Montevideo, Uruguay, on October 31, 1953. On October 13, 1972, at the age of 18, he embarked on a trip to Chile that would change his life forever. The plane carrying Carlitos, along with 44 other passengers, crashed in the middle of the Andes Mountains at an altitude of 4200 meters. He was one of the 16 survivors. He is an Agricultural Technician and pursued this activity for 10 years. In 1992, he entered the advertising industry, joining the creative team of Nivel / Publicis. He founded his own agency, Rating Publicidad, and was the director of Bates Uruguay Publicidad. Currently, he runs his own Consulting firm in Communication and Public Relations, while also engaging, since 2002, in an intense activity as an International Speaker.
