She is now recognized in Buenos Aires as a partner at Las Flores restaurant, where she showcases traditional flavors within a contemporary pastry shop noted for its gluten-free and vegan offerings. Another facet of her career is blending gastronomy with art and design by creating edible artistic events, special cakes, and sweet tables. Her philosophy drives her to always use natural, organic products and to design a new style of pastry.
