Eduardo Fernandez Curi
Eduardo Fernández Curi is a distinguished Peruvian professional in the field of animal science, specialized in dairy cattle production, animal nutrition, and reproductive biotechnology. A graduate from the National Agrarian University La Molina in Lima, Peru, he holds a master's degree in Animal Production from the same institution. Throughout his career, he has worked as a private consultant in various dairy cattle farms in the country, as well as serving as a trainer in livestock management and a researcher in reproductive biotechnology
In 2015, Fernández Curi published the book Dairy Cattle Management, a work aimed at students, professionals, producers, and the general public interested in learning about cattle management. The text addresses key aspects of livestock management to ensure their well-being throughout their life stage, allowing the animal to express its maximum genetic potential in milk production. Additionally, it considers environmental management measures, especially in intensive farms where the livestock is confined in corrals and raised in climates different from those required by the animal
