Edward O. Wilson
E.O. Wilson (born June 10, 1929 in Birmingham, Alabama, USA; died December 26, 2021 in Burlington, Massachusetts) was an American biologist recognized as the world's leading authority on ants. He was also the leading advocate of sociobiology, the study of the genetic basis of social behavior in all animals, including humans.
