Elizabeth MacNeal
Elizabeth Macneal was born in Edinburgh and currently lives in London, where she works as a ceramist. She studied English literature at Oxford and worked for several years in the City, before pursuing a master's in creative writing, which laid the groundwork for writing The Doll Factory, her first novel, winner of the Caledonia Novel Award and sold to twenty-four countries.
