Francesc Rovira
Francesc Rovira (Barcelona, Spain, 1958) is an illustrator known for his extensive career in the field of children's literature. Born into a large family, he studied at the School of Arts and Crafts in Barcelona, although his training as an illustrator was mainly self-taught. Throughout his career, he has illustrated hundreds of stories for various publishers and collaborated with magazines aimed at children.
His work has been displayed in individual and collective exhibitions, and he has been awarded the CCEI prize on two occasions, standing out as an important figure in the world of children's illustration. Among his most representative works are Manu, detective (2007) and ¿A cambio de qué? (2015), books that reflect his distinctive style and his ability to connect with children through art.
