Harold McGee
Harold McGee is a world authority on food chemistry and cooking. He studied Science and Literature at the California Institute of Technology and at Yale University. He has written the works La buena cocina (2010) and La cocina y los alimentos (2017), which have received numerous awards, as well as many articles and reviews. He lives in San Francisco.
