Javier Dondé Matute
PhD in International and Comparative Criminal Law from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland. Master in Law from the University of Georgia. Bachelor of Law from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. He has served as coordinator of advisors to the deputy attorney for legal and human rights at the Attorney General's Office of the Federal District and as secretary of Study and Account at the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation.
Among his works are: The militarization of police institutions and international criminal law: The case of the National Guard, Theory of international criminal law-foundations for its construction, Extradition and due process, Criminal types in the international sphere and Criminal policy and international law. He has taught classes in international law, international criminal law, comparative criminal law, international crimes, due process, among others.
He has more than 15 years of academic experience as a professor-researcher at INACIPE. He is currently a full professor at the Autonomous University of Tlaxcala.
