Joan Garriga
Joan Garriga (Bellpuig, 1957) holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Barcelona. In 1986, he co-founded the Institut Gestalt de Barcelona. He is a therapist and trainer in Family Constellations, Gestalt therapy, Enneagram, NLP, and systemic coaching. In 1999, he introduced Bert Hellinger, the creator of Family Constellations, to Spain, and he himself has become one of the main exponents of this therapy in Spain and the Spanish-speaking world. He has published articles on psychotherapy in specialized journals and is the author of ¿Dónde están las monedas? (2006), Vivir en el alma (2008), El buen amor en la pareja (Destino, 2013), La llave de la buena vida (Destino, 2014), Bailando juntos (Destino, 2020) and Decir sí a la vida (Destino, 2021), with great critical success and more than 200,000 readers.
