Jorge Tocornal Babra
Jorge Tocornal Babra is a Chilean engineer and former bank executive who, in 2007, was sentenced to 13 years in prison for rape and sexual misconduct against his two children. After serving his sentence, Tocornal has maintained his innocence and sought a review of his case, especially after one of his children retracted the accusations in 2018.
In 2020, he published the book Tocornal: The Time of Truth, an autobiography in which he narrates his judicial and prison experience, as well as his fight to prove his innocence. The work belongs to the genre of biography and memoir.
