Lidia Martín Torralba
Lidia Martin Torralba is a psychologist, communicator, and writer from Spain. She holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Málaga, and a Master's in Clinical and Health Psychology from the Complutense University of Madrid. She was awarded for creating a didactic guide on the book The Knight in Rusty Armor, receiving the “Exprime y Comprime 2009” award. She is the author of various books, mostly focused on her profession. Among them: Psychological First Aid (2009); Crises (2011); Resilient Personality (2013); Educating Teenagers Without Dying in the Attempt and Rescuing Parents of Teenagers (both from 2012). For nearly 20 years, she has combined her profession from private clinical practice with teaching for multiple entities. As a committed Christian, she also admirably manages to merge the psychological approach with the faith she subscribes to. Evidence of this is her section THE MIRROR, with more than 340 articles on current affairs, psychology, and faith, in the digital newspaper Protestant Digital.
