Malén Denís
Malén Denis (Buenos Aires, 1989) is an Argentine writer and multidisciplinary artist, known for her poetic and narrative work that explores themes of identity, feminism, and urban experiences. She studied Philosophy and earned a master's degree in Creative Writing from the National University of Tres de Febrero. Among her most notable works are Litio (2019) and Isla de metal: poesía reunida 2009–2019 (2022), which compiles her previous poetry collections such as Con una remera de Sonic Youth (2009), Buscar drogas en Wikipedia (2014), Un gran incendio de vidrios (2017), and Brillante (2017)
In addition to her literary work, Denis has conducted writing workshops focused on finding one's own voice and has worked as a feminist cultural correspondent. She currently resides between New York and Buenos Aires, cities that influence her artistic and thematic perspective.
