Matías Salom
Matías Salom is an Argentine entrepreneur and co-founder of Superhábitos, a digital community that supports Spanish-speaking entrepreneurs in creating sustainable and purposeful businesses. Along with his brother Santiago and Lucía Serrano, he founded Superhábitos in 2014, which currently has over 100,000 active members throughout Latin America
Before embarking on entrepreneurship, Matías studied Law at the National University of Salta, where he faced academic and personal difficulties. However, he discovered that the right habits could transform his life. In 2013, he was chosen as the standard-bearer of his university and graduated with a Gold Medal average
In addition to his work at Superhábitos, Matías is the author of the book Superemprendedor and has been a speaker at events such as TEDx, DNX, and EMMS. His podcast, El Show de Superhábitos, has reached the number one spot in the Business category on iTunes and Spotify in several Spanish-speaking countries
Matías is known for his focus on simplicity and minimalism, living with only 54 possessions and traveling with a 25-liter backpack. His lifestyle reflects his philosophy that success does not depend on innate talents, but on consistency and daily habits
