Nelly Rosinelli
Her full name is Nelly Rosa Beraun Paredes de Rossinelli, the mom of the little parrots Salvador and Thiago. She is a cook, content creator, and one of the most recognized figures in the culinary field in Peru. Her love for cooking was born at home, among pots, aromas, and recipes passed down from generation to generation. From a young age, she enjoyed watching her mother and grandmother cook, and, over time, she turned that passion into a career dedicated to spreading the flavors of Peru. Always proud of her Amazonian and Andean roots, she seeks to highlight the greatness of our regional food
She studied Business Administration and Marketing, and complemented her education with cooking courses, which allowed her to authentically connect with thousands of people through social networks, where, starting in 2020, she began to share recipes, cooking tips, healthy lunchboxes, and modern versions of traditional Peruvian dishes, all with a close, creative, and loving style. In 2025 she launched her YouTube channel, a space where each week she presents new homemade recipes that celebrate mom's seasoning and teach how to enhance the flavors of each dish. She currently has a community of more than two million followers.
For more than twenty years, she worked in various positions in the commercial aviation sector, before venturing into the world of entertainment. Currently, she is a judge on the show El Gran Chef Famosos, broadcasted by Latina Televisión, where she shares her experience, her motherly warmth, and her critical eye in each broadcast. Additionally, she is a constant promoter of healthy eating, and has collaborated with various brands and media. As a committed animal rights advocate, she promotes and actively participates in campaigns for responsible adoption and sterilization.
