Pepe Rodríguez
José "Pepe" Rodríguez Bonfill (Tortosa, Tarragona, December 1953) is a Spanish journalist and writer specialized in topics related to cults and religion. He holds a degree in Information Sciences from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and a PhD in Psychology from the University of Barcelona, and has served as a professor of Investigative Journalism at the Faculty of Information Sciences at the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
Among his most notable works are Fundamental Lies of the Catholic Church (1997), a critique of the contradictions of the religious institution, and The Power of Cults (1996), where he analyzes the influence of these groups on society.
