Sebastián Manito
Sebastián Manito (Montevideo, 1980) is a Uruguayan architect and professional griller. Passionate about grill cooking, he founded "Un Asador Cocina de Parrilla", taking his culinary art to various regions of Uruguay and abroad, including events in Miami.
In 2022, he published "Manual de Parrilla", a book that compiles techniques, tips, and recipes to master the art of grilling. The book received the first prize in the barbecue publications category at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards 2023, held in Sweden, standing out among publications from countries like Argentina, Brazil, and France.
