Shi Heng Yi
Shì Héng Yì (释恒义) is the principal master of the Shaolin Temple in Europe (Germany) and belongs to the 35th generation of Shaolin masters. In 2024, he published The Shaolin Way: Ancient Habits for Modern Life, a 320-page book where he translates age-old teachings of philosophy, meditation, and martial arts into accessible everyday practices. The work is published in Spanish within the "Living Today" collection, translated by Albert Vitó i Godina
