Tatiana Tibuleac
Tatiana Țîbuleac, born in 1978 in Chișinău, Moldova, is a writer, journalist, and translator with dual Moldovan and Romanian nationality. During her studies in Journalism and Communication at the State University of Moldova, she collaborated as a translator, proofreader, and reporter in various media. In 1995, she gained recognition with her column "True Stories" in the Flux newspaper. Later, she worked as a reporter and presenter at PRO TV Chișinău until 2008, when she moved to Paris to focus on her literary career.

Her literary debut was in 2014 with the book of stories "Modern Fables". In 2016, she published her first novel, "The Summer My Mother Had Green Eyes" ("Vara în care mama a avut ochii verzi"), which earned her awards such as from Observator Cultural magazine and the Writers' Union of Moldova. Her second novel, "The Glass Garden" ("Grădina de sticlă"), published in 2018, received the European Union Literature Prize in 2019. These works, characterized by their psychological and emotional depth, have been translated into several languages, establishing Țîbuleac as a prominent voice in contemporary literature.
