Tere Gott
Aloha! I'm Tere Gott, artist and illustrator, and creator of coloring books. I studied costume design, but chose a different path and dove into art and illustration.
Since I was a girl, I grew up surrounded by art, in a family where there are more creative minds than mathematical ones, so it's something that runs in my blood. That's why I've always seen art more as a passion than a profession. I started by painting surfboards, giving them colorful designs and new life to old and used boards, turning them into decorative pieces. Over the years, I began to grow more and more, not only as an artist but also as a person, since art for me has a different value, where beauty and inspiration are found in every corner of the world, and also those corners that need a little bit of love.
Gradually, I started to create on a large scale by painting murals in cafes, hotels, restaurants during my travels, until 2020 arrived, when everything turned dark. The uncertainty, tension, and fear took over me and the whole world, that's when I decided to create something to give love and color to that dark corner we were all living in.
That's how WILD PARADISO, my first coloring book, was born, a book full of unique illustrations to paint, since in all that darkness, sugar, flowers, and lots of colors were needed.
From one we went to eight, and more to come.
