Tilman Fertitta

Tilman J. Fertitta (born June 25, 1957 in Galveston, Texas) is an American businessman known for his leadership in the restaurant, hospitality, and entertainment industries. He is the chairman, CEO, and owner of Landry's, Inc., a company that encompasses numerous restaurants, hotels, and casinos. Additionally, he owns the NBA team, the Houston Rockets. Fertitta has been a member of the board of regents of the University of Houston System since 2009

In 2019, Fertitta published the book "Shut Up and Listen!: Hard Business Truths that Will Help You Succeed," where he shares principles and advice for entrepreneurs based on his business career. This work focuses on practical strategies for achieving success in the business world.
