Tom Zuba
Tom Zuba is an American author, speaker, and life coach specialized in grief support. His approach is based on his personal experience, having lost his daughter Erin, his wife Trici, and his son Rory over a span of 15 years. These tragedies led him to develop a compassionate and transformative method to cope with pain and find meaning in loss.
His most recognized work is Permission to Mourn: A New Way to Do Grief (2014), in which he proposes a new way of experiencing grief, based on emotional authenticity and ongoing connection with deceased loved ones. In 2017, he published Becoming Radiant: A New Way to Do Life, where he expands his vision towards a fulfilling life after loss. Zuba resides in Rockford, Illinois, and continues to offer workshops and individual sessions for those seeking to heal after the death of a loved one.
