When Reid, Francisco, and the others arrive on the island, they believe they've escaped the worst of a broken world. But they haven't come alone. Hidden among them is a deadly virus-one that threatens to destroy the fragile refuge they thought they had found.

As the group fights to survive, unsettling truths begin to surface. The island is not what it seems. Their memories, their beliefs, and even what they think they know about themselves may be built on lies. And the real threat lurking in New Paradise is far more dangerous than they realize.

With trust unraveling and danger closing in, they all must face an enemy they don't fully understand.
