You will also be able to develop and assess RPL candidates as well as provide RPL support and services On completion of the course you will be able to: -Demonstrate understanding of outcomes-based assessment -Prepare for assessments -Conduct assessments -Provide feedback on assessments -Review assessments. -Demonstrate understanding of design principles of outcomes-based assessment -Design outcomes-based assessments -Develop assessment activities -Develop assessment guides -Evaluate assessment designs and guides -Demonstrate understanding of the conceptual underpinnings and purposes of the recognition of prior learning -Investigate current RPL practice and opportunities in an organization or sector -Develop RPL policies, procedures and plans for an organization -Provide RPL advice and support -Promote RPL practices
