Bridging the Gap deals with relationship issues that exist between the Pastor and Minister of Music. Although this information is designed for pastors and musicians, I have no doubt you will find very practical and helpful tools to aid in all relationships both in the Christian community as well as the secular world. Throughout the last 30+ years, I've seen and participated in this very gap. This book will not only examine the problems that exist, but I'll also provide possible resolutions. The hope is that both pastors and musicians will be able to examine themselves and grow instead of creating division within the Kingdom of God. The fact of the matter is ministry is bigger than any one person. This material expresses how we work through our differences for the common goal which is to win souls for Christ through both the Word and Worship!
