Buddy the golden retriever has so much love to give. But after his accident, he no longer looks like the other dogs. Join Buddy on his search for friends who will look past their fear and learn to embrace each other's differences. Gretchen Stenehjem lives in Watford City, North Dakota. Gretchen and her husband, Steve, raised four children and now enjoy spending time with their five grandchildren. Buddy the dog, adopted as a lost puppy, lived with the Stenehjem family for 13 years. He ran and played and enjoyed his life with Peter, Erik, Kira and Kristen Stenehjem. Gretchen is a former elementary school teacher and preschool director. She currently works as a Marketing Director. Proceeds from the sale of this book will be donated to Anne Carlsen School in Jamestown, North Dakota.
