This study uses methods of Business Process Management (BPM) to perform the survey of processes and the SCRUM methodology for the agile development of the system. It is concluded that the developed software causes a positive impact on the organization, being responsible for the support, automation and creation of business processes besides providing and security in the information obtained, providing an improvement in decision making that leads the company to obtain an improvement among its competitors.
