Han Seo-yun has spent years standing behind the camera, turning other people's dreams into stories while quietly fighting for the chance to tell one of her own. As a struggling assistant director in Seoul, she knows that one mistake could end her career before it truly begins. Then, on a stormy night when the lead actor fails to appear, Seo-yun meets Kang Ji-hoon. He is one of Korea's most celebrated actors-a man admired by millions but haunted by the mysterious death of his older brother, Min-jae. He agrees to step into a four-minute cameo, expecting nothing more than a temporary rescue for a troubled production. Neither of them expects the scene to change their lives. Their chemistry is undeniable, and when the footage goes viral, Seo-yun and Ji-hoon suddenly find themselves at the center of public attention. But fame brings more than opportunity. Anonymous messages, disturbing photographs, stolen belongings, and threats begin appearing around them. Someone is watching. As Seo-yun and Ji-hoon grow closer, they discover that their connection may be tied to a mystery buried years ago. Min-jae left behind an unfinished script titled The Cameo, along with clues suggesting that his death was not the accident everyone believed it to be. The deeper they investigate, the more dangerous the truth becomes. Friends become suspects. Trusted colleagues reveal hidden motives. Careers are destroyed, families are threatened, and someone determined to control their story will stop at nothing to separate them. But love has a way of refusing to follow the script. Caught between a dangerous conspiracy and feelings neither can deny, Seo-yun and Ji-hoon must decide whether they are willing to risk everything for the truth-and for each other. Because sometimes the person who enters your story for only five minutes becomes the person who changes the entire ending.
