Synopsis "Catechine In Rosmarin (in German)"

Rosmarinus officinalis L ist eine aromatische Heilpflanze, die eine Quelle für biologisch aktive sekundäre Metaboliten wie ätherische Öle und Flavonoide darstellt. Die Identifizierung der Art erfolgte anhand der äu eren morphologischen Merkmale, die mit den in der neuen Flora von Algerien und den südlichen Wüstenregionen beschriebenen identisch sind. Die ätherischen Öle von Rosmarinus officinalis L. wurden durch Hydrodestillation in Kombination mit einer Flüssig-Flüssig-Extraktion mit Petrolether extrahiert, was zu einer höheren Ausbeute führte. Die Fest-Flüssig-Extraktion der Flavonoide und insbesondere der Catechine ergab mit dem Soxhlet-Extraktor ein besseres Ergebnis als mit der Mazeration. Die Analyse des Extrakts mit CCM, UV-Vis und IR unter Verwendung von reinem Catechin als Kontrolle ermöglichte es uns, das Vorhandensein von Catechinen in unserem Extrakt zu bestätigen. Die Untersuchung der antioxidativen Aktivität der extrahierten Catechine nach der elektrochemischen Methode zeigte, dass diese eine starke antioxidative Aktivität besitzen, die durch einen DPPH-Fangtest bestätigt wurde.
