"I live with my family on the Great Lakes. As a matter of fact, my husband has been working the fishing vessels of Lake Superior since he was a little boy. Needless to say, we eat a ton of fish each year. While I don't mind having a fish rich diet, I sure would like to prepare meals a little differently, what have you got that can help?" One of my favorite recipe books deals with preparing fish using a variety of different methods. We eat a lot of fish here on the farm as well, but not nearly as much as I imagine this writer putting away over the course of a year. However, I can relate, as we consume a chicken heavy diet regimen for the same reason; that is our primary source of regional sustenance. There are several ways to make a fish meal. Fish can be fried, baked, broiled, and even grilled if done properly. Within each of those cooking methods are a vast treasure trove of fish recipes that should spic up meal times around the house. I think readers will find more than a few of these recipe ideas to be appetizing and appealing. Take the time to try a few new ideas and expand your culinary skills at the same time.
