El ghavoot, que en el dialecto kermaní se llama Qavuto y en algunos dialectos se denomina Qabwit o Qabwathi, es un polvo comestible, que en realidad debe considerarse como una pasta, se produce en diferentes tipos y tiene distintos sabores. Un tipo es una combinación de garbanzos, coco y azúcar, el otro es de pistacho. Pero el tipo más famoso y completo de kerman kotami es de color marrón y suele llevar café, azúcar, verdolaga, amapola, cebada, semillas de lino, cilantro, palo de rosa, judía negra, cardamomo, anacardo, sésamo y semillas de lechuga.
