It could be things like the music you listen to or the people that are in your life; seek God and not lean to your own understanding; pray every chance you get. It is the most important part of the process. I need you to know that your situation didn't make you nor will it break you. This book will help you start to understand the proper way to heal and it will open your eyes to see the brighter side of healing.
