English summary: In this second edition, the text has been broadened, some notes and paragraphs have been added (27, following chapter II) in order to illustrate the bonum et aequum new source of law, subject of singular importance. The work scheme has remained unchanged, as demanded by the economy for which it was designed, shown in the first edition, as stated in the introduction. Italian description: Questa II edizione dei Lineamenti era da tempo necessaria ed urgente per togliere dalla circolazione la ristampa della I edizione, infarcita di errori di ogni genere, pure con mutamenti di nomi di autori e di indicazioni di importanza; cosi per esempio: Schulz invece di Schanz, Dessau invece di Sachau, Basilici l. 50 invece di 60. Naturalmente la responsabilita e tutta mia, per non aver riveduto le bozze di stampa eseguite nel 1942, durante la guerra. In questa seconda edizione ho qua e la ampliato il testo, aggiunte note ed alcuni paragrafi (27 e seguenti del cap. II) per illustrare il bonum et aequum nuova fonte del diritto, argomento di singolare importanza. Lo schema dell' opera per altro e rimasto immutato, come esigeva l' economia di essa ai fini cui fu destinata, illustrati nella I edizione, come si legge nella premessa qui appresso.
