Wir haben gute Ergebnisse erzielt, mit einer kompletten Remission in 50% der Fälle, mit wenigen Nebenwirkungen, dank einer regelmä igen Überwachung unserer Patienten und ihrer Folsäure-Supplementierung. Biotherapeutika sind genauso wirksam wie Methotrexat und haben weniger Nebenwirkungen, allerdings sind sie teuer und werden nicht von der Krankenkasse erstattet. In unserem Kontext bleibt Methotrexat die erste Wahl bei mittelschwerer bis schwerer Psoriasis, da es eine wirksame, kostengünstige und gut verträgliche Behandlung ist.
