Murder on the Mat - Katja Kleiber

A yoga class, a murder - and a suspicion that changes everything.
Suzie has had enough: of Hamburg's miserable weather, failed relationships - and of herself. When her old friend Carlos asks her for help from sunny Cambrils, she spontaneously agrees. But instead of tapas and a change of scenery, a nightmare awaits her: a young yoga teacher is found dead - and Carlos becomes the focus of the investigation.
Suzie believes in his innocence. But the deeper she digs, the darker the picture becomes: money, power, corruption - and an elite that will do anything to protect its secrets. The police remain silent, witnesses disappear, and Suzie herself becomes a target. What began as a favour for a friend turns deadly serious. In a place where others go on holiday, Suzie fights not only for justice, but soon also for her life.

A captivating holiday crime novel with heart, humour and Mediterranean flair.
