Synopsis "My Passionate Reality"

"My Passionate Reality" brings readers into the mindset and life of Martez C. Simmons once more. Touching on topics from his life experiences, love, relationships, women, and the racist ways and unfair treatment of society, Simmons unleashes his true feelings, unapologetically. Simmons uses his second book to bring awareness to the Black Lives Matter movement, police brutality, societal viewpoints, real world problems, and so much more. "My Passionate Reality" showcases his ability to continue to make poetry more modern, understandable, and relatable to any one of any gender, race, and age. While writing from the heart and escaping from his mind, Simmons writes raw material to channel pure emotion and paint a picture with his words while also showing readers that they are not alone. Through his words, he hopes to shed light on the problems in society and make a change simply through "My Passionate Reality".
