Die Stadtsanierung in gefährdeten Gebieten in Luanda ist Teil des Programms des Sektors Stadtplanung und Bauwesen.Das allgemeine Ziel besteht darin, die Akteure des Stadtplanungs- und Bausektors auf die Folgen des Bauens in Risikogebieten und deren Vermeidung aus sozialer und ökologischer Sicht aufmerksam zu machen und zu sensibilisieren.In der Arbeit werden zwei Risikogebiete (Morro da Samba und Barrocas da Boavista) in der Stadt Luanda hinsichtlich des Zustands der Wohnstrukturen, der sanitären Grundversorgung und der Lebensweise der Bewohner charakterisiert.
