Then she became a Special Education Coordinator, a Special Education Administrator, a Learning Director, and then currently an Assistant Professor of Education in the University. She is happily married with five children. Dr. Yates loves to watch her students at the University play basketball and derive joy in researching different academic works to improve the quality of teacher education.
