Synopsis "still soft"

What do we do with the versions of people we carry long after they've gone? still soft is a collection of poetry about longing, loss, and the quiet devastation of things that never got the chance to fully exist. These poems wander through the space between almost and never. The relationships without names, the goodbyes that were never spoken, and the futures imagined in private. They explore the ache of wanting someone who feels simultaneously within reach and galaxies away, and the strange grief of losing something that never received a funeral. But beneath the heartbreak is something softer. A refusal to let loss turn you cold. A reminder that healing doesn't always mean forgetting, and moving on doesn't require pretending it never mattered. For anyone who has ever loved deeply, lost quietly, searched for answers in silence, or found themselves haunted by the version of a story that could've been - this is for you. Because sometimes, after everything, you are still soft.
