A Tome of Poetry! Life, experiences, dreams, esoterica, past-lives... other people, love, feeling, a kangaroo rat, drama, squirrels, trees... metaphor and allegory. The historical, the planet, the Human Condition, the stupid... this book is full of feels and fun. Formats and styles are extremely eclectic. It's difficult to really describe it. The poetry is real. All of it sourced from 1 human life. (Mine). A lot of free-verse and haiku. Poetry is what bleeds from the soul... it's color and vibration. Observation, impression, feeling. Poetry does not have to obey a formula. And then it can. I would love for teachers to utilize my work in classrooms. I have 20+ years in education on the front lines myself, and postgraduate work in Secondary English. I would want aspiring authors or young people to see through my work, all of the different things poetry can be; chiefly, your authentic self. Your experiences. Inspirations. The book should be clean enough for classroom-use; I'm not big on cursing and I find creative ways around more intense expressions. Cover: A full-photo I took of a beautiful heritage maple that sadly no longer exists. But... now immortalized on a book of poetry! Title and Author are minimal, in gold, located on spine, so that the picture is unobstructed when the book is fully opened. Perfect for your coffee table. Or someone else's coffee table... because you probably don't have one. Title: More symbolic than literal. Although it comes from one of the most intense storms I've ever been rocked by. Digital Version: 341+ pages as Reflowable Text. (No page-breaks). Designed for Tech. Paperback: 341+ pages. Format as-intended. Full photo of tree. Gloss-cover. Hardcover: 341+ pages. Format as-intended. Full photo of tree. Gloss-cover.
