Synopsis "Eva (Spanish Edition) (in Spanish)"

ENGLISH DESCRIPTION "Don't take me for one of those little rich girls lost in the breadlines. I'm a Soviet agent, and your fascist criminal bosses could hold you accountable." March of 1937. While the Spanish Civil War continues its tragic path, a new mission takes Lorenzo Falcó to Tangier, the turbulent crossroads of spies, smuggling, and conspiracies, with the mission to get the captain of a ship loaded with the Bank of Spain's gold to switch flags. National spies, republicans and Soviets, men and women, all face off in a dark, dirty war in which dangerous ghosts of the past resurface. After the international success of Falcó, Arturo Pérez-Reverte's literary talent masterfully intertwines reality and fiction again in this riveting novel."Well researched and perfectly devised, Falcó reflects the author's many narrative abilities [...]. The reader is engrossed until the end, waiting for new surprises." -Martin Beagles, The Times Literary Supplement
