Alan Davis es un dibujante y guionista británico de cómics, nacido en 1956, ampliamente reconocido por su trazo limpio, elegante y narrativamente claro. Comenzó su carrera en el Reino Unido con tiras para fanzines y pronto dio el salto a publicaciones profesionales trabajando en títulos como “Captain Britain” para Marvel UK. Su estilo se distingue por un equilibrio entre realismo, dinamismo y diseño cuidado de personajes y escenas.

En su trayectoria internacional sobresale su trabajo en Estados Unidos, donde ilustró series como Miracleman, Excalibur y diversos números de Uncanny X‑Men y Batman.
