Rick Hanson
Rick Hanson is an American psychologist and neuroscientist, known for his focus on positive neuroplasticity and emotional well-being. He is the author of several books translated into more than 30 languages, including Buddha’s Brain (2009), co-written with Richard Mendius, and Resilient (2018), in collaboration with his son Forrest Hanson. Other notable works include Hardwiring Happiness (2013) and Neurodharma (2020).
