El visitante, de Alma Maritano, que mereció el primer premio en el CONCURSO ANUAL COLIHUE DE NOVELA JUVENIL 1983, se incorpora a la Colección Literaria LYC (leer y crear), con Introducción y Propuestas de trabajo de las profesora Nora Hall.'No estoy demasiado segura de ser la única autora de esta novela': así inicia Alma Maritano un agradecimiento a Rosario -ciudad en la que transcurre la historia- y particularmente a pintores, dibujantes, músicos y escritores de esa ciudad que rodearon a autora y prologuista para hacer de esta novela un homenaje a los adolescentes de hoy; al leerla, ellos se sentirán de la mano de ese grupo de chicos que viven -cada uno a su manera- su propia historia de todos los días.
