Synopsis "Expectations, Great and Small"

We all have expectations. We expect the rain, breakfast, the actions of our loved ones, life and death...and taxes. We expect all the time. In this book a woman expects to be swept off her feet by her Hollywood crush, the guests at a dinner party expect the end of a pandemic, and a young boy expects to solve Global Warming with a chair, a fan and a really long extension cord. These short stories involve a range of characters, old and young, healthy and ill, hopeful and despondent, all of whom have strong expectations for the future.I expect you to see people you know in these characters. I also expect you to enjoy the book.
